Your privacy matters to Retro Rides 4 Brides.

On the 25th May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 came into force.

The following paragraphs are an explanation of how and why your personal information is stored by Retro Rides 4 Brides.

Retro Rides 4 Brides  stores the information from your booking form on our database. It is stored for the purposes of reference to your booking and is NEVER shared with another party.

We may need to contact you at any time up to and on the day of your wedding. This can be by phone, email or text. Please let us know if you do not wish to be contacted. If we do not hear from you we will understand that communication between you and Retro Rides 4 Brides is permitted by you.

The day after your wedding day, your personal details stored is deleted. This is called the destruction date. You have the right to ask for your personal details to be removed from my database at any time before the destruction date. A paper copy in the form of a diary is also created for the purpose of being able to refer to the information en route to you on your wedding day. This paper copy  is not accessible by any other party.

There is some information that is required by law (HMRC) to be kept for up to six years for taxation purposes. It is illegal for us to delete this information and we cannot be asked to delete it by another party. The information kept for taxation purposes will not have any of your personal data attached to it other than your name. Your name will then be partially redacted so that you cannot be identified.
